RESTAURANTS

The culinary team at PALACIO JULIO HOTEL draws its inspiration from the rich tradition of Puebla's cuisine, internationally renowned for the diversity of its ingredients and the complexity of its flavors.
The influence of Spanish and French gastronomy, long present at Puebla's finest tables, is also reflected throughout our menus. Exceptional recipes come together in perfect harmony, much like the historic spaces of these remarkable properties, where architectural and decorative styles have blended seamlessly over the centuries.
Here, guests may enjoy miniature tlacoyos, traditional mole poblano with roast pork, and pitaya desserts; squash blossom consommé infused with tequila, chiles en nogada, and passion fruit sorbet; festive shrimp pozole and delicate meringue with Chantilly cream and red berries; or a soft sea bass stew gently prepared with asparagus and served alongside a classic tarte Tatin.
These culinary creations may be paired with carefully selected Mexican wines, Spanish sparkling cava, French Champagne, artisanal mezcal, or a perfectly crafted gin and tonic.

and Petite restaurant

The And Petite Restaurant preserves the decorative and ornamental elements of the nineteenth century, featuring Imperial-style friezes with decorative leaf patterns and carved faces, creating an intimate and refined setting to experience one of Puebla's most distinguished culinary offerings.

Puebla Mon Amour

A grand late nineteenth-century salon inspired by French Romanticism has been transformed into one of Puebla's most elegant and refined dining destinations.
